This is the first annual conference sponsored by the International Foreign Policy Center and ten NGOs from around the world.  The aim is to create a continuing discussion on the rapidly changing world of social media and it’s application to international relations, including track-one government diplomacy, track-two non-governmental work on global issues, and what we now refer to as track-three diplomacy, called social entrepreneurism in international business.
